Step out of the rush and into stillness. Candlelight & Calm is a gentle evening to warm the body, soften the mind, and settle the nervous system. Expect a few slow restorative shapes, a deeply immersive Tibetan bowl sound bath, and a full Yoga Nidra to close. Afterwards: homemade mulled wine (alcohol-free option), vegan mince pies, and time to linger together.
